Warranty
All Kaliber Tech, LLC firearms have a 5 year limited warranty which extends to the original owner. Firearms are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Kaliber Tech, LLC guarantees to correct any issues/defects in the firearm by replacing/repairing with the same or newer model components.
Kaliber Tech, LLC will not be held responsible for any deaths, personal injury or damages to property resulting in any mishandling or mistreatment of this firearm for the use or treatment for which the firearm was not designed. Kaliber Tech, LLC will not stand behind any warranty claims in which the firearm was subject to improper handling, unauthorized tampering (adjustments and/or part replacement), neglect (corrosion & lack of care), and improper use of ammunition (wrong caliber, privately produced ammunition, or any combination of the two). Kaliber Tech, LLC has the discretion to deny or warranty a firearm that was made by the second or subsequent owner. We will evaluate each claim on a case by case basis.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping to and from Kaliber Tech's location unless a legitimate warranty issue is found.
