WHY THIS RECEIVER STANDS OUT
The 6.5 PRC and 300 WSM cartridges have long been the more popular short action magnums, with the 6.5 PRC being relatively newer to the market. Many people have modified existing large frame ARs to use these short action magnums with various degrees of success.
The .308 Winchester family of cartridges is what the large frame AR platform was designed for. When introducing the larger short action cartridges to these rifles, such as the 6.5 PRC or 300 WSM, bulging magazines and feeding issues are commonplace.
With the KT10 Lower utilizing AICS magazines, you have a combination that eliminates the bulging and feeding issues. These particular magazines are specifically designed for the larger short action magnums, and the KT10 Lower is specifically designed for those magazines. When used together, it makes for the perfect upgrade for your magnum AR10 build.
